Michael Canatsey is Principal and Founder of Michael Canatsey Associates, PLLC, a firm dedicated to providing Architectural services which realize projects of exemplary quality based on the needs, objectives and economic considerations demanded by today’s sophisticated, progressive clients.
Today he enjoys continued work on select residential architectural commissions as well as pursuing his passion for fly fishing, Drawing and investigation of Plan Making - manipulating and drafting grids and geometries toward form.
Variety of colored pencils, watercolor and pastel drafting techniques which incorporate established classic geometry into visual compositions while exploring indigenous native culture, artifacts, legends and Architectural form.
Residential work encompasses a spectrum of styles, ranging from traditional to modern. Form and function grounded in the surrounding environment and influenced by the surrounding landscape, each project is as unique as the client.
Commercial work includes local neighborhood Community Centers and Hospitality Clubs for New Balance Running Shoes during previous Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Athens, Beijing, Los Angeles and Atlanta.
