Craftsman Restoration

Restoration of a vintage 1908 Arts and Crafts-style residence. Careful integration of new plumbing, wiring, lighting and mechanical systems maintains the original interior and exterior detailing.

All original interior woodwork was retained and restored. Additional work includes a butler’s pantry that was returned into service and the conversion of an unfinished attic to a home office and guest suite.
